 I have finally released my new jump map for CoD1, peds_parkour. » Peds_Parkour out soon! |
| I have spent months working on peds_parkour, and it is almost ready for release! To be honest it has been on and off the past few months. I remember I started the map in April, and now 4 months later it is finally approaching release date! During that period there have been times that I haven't done any work for weeks, and times that I've done loads of work in a day (as is the life of a mapper! :D), and it has all come together at last.
If all things go well, the map will be released TOMORROW. I've been doing some finishing touches over the past few days and now believe it's pretty much ready to be released. | Unfortunately peds_pylon messed up in radiant, and as a result I lost almost 2 hours work. As a result, I have scrapped the map, and have started on peds_parkour. Be sure to go on the Upcoming Maps page to see details about my new map. | |

» Peds_Prison On Hold - Peds_Pylon Is Born! |
| Well, I got fed up of peds_prison for now - too similar to peds_pace in the way that it's a load of identical paths, and I got fed up of having to do everything the same all the way through (for now). I'll continue peds_prison at a later date. For now, I will announce my new upcoming map, peds_pylon. As the name suggests, it involves an electricity pylon - you have to climb up a pylon, go from one to another, then back down the other side. » Peds_Prison Coming Along Nicely |
| I have made a slight bit of progress with peds_prison, although as I have stated before it won't be out for a long time yet. I'm having a bit of trouble with some of the scripting not working, but other than that it's going strong. As for a release date, I cannot say yet as I have important exams coming up, and as a result need to spend more time revising for them. As a result, the map may not come out until June/July, but hopefully it will be sooner. | |
